What is a creative ID
Each Creative has its own unique ID which is used as an identifier. This is particularly helpful when sending automated emails using the API or being sure that you are referencing the correct creative.
Start at the creative screen
From the home page, click on Creatives to open the drop-down menu. Select Creative Overview to access all your Creatives.
Choose your creative
Once on the Creatives screen, you will see a list of all of your Creatives. Click on either the name of the desired Creative or the Edit Icon 
under Action. This will open the Creative edit screen.
Once in the screen, view the URL. The Creative ID is a five-digit number that can be found at the very end of the URL following "crID=".
(In an actual URL link, [#####] will be replaced by the five-digit ID.)
