This is the simplest way to send out an email blast. On the navigation bar, click Send to open the drop-down menu and select Standard Send.

You will then be brought to a screen where you can fill in the following information fields:

Begin by selecting which Brand the Creative you'd like to send belongs to.

Pick the Creative you'd like to send. If you can't find it, scroll to the bottom of the drop-down selector. Here, you can choose to see Creatives that are up to 3 months old. If you still can't find it, try selecting a different Brand; you may have mistakenly saved the Creative in the wrong Brand.

Pick one or more of your lists by using ctrl + click. (If a subscriber is on more than one list, they will only receive one email).

Here, you can narrow down the recipients of your Creative by selecting which Segment of your selected List(s) you would like to receive the Creative. By default, all Segments will be sent the Creative. Unlike List(s), you cannot select multiple Segments.

Either type in the date and time or click on the Calendar Icon  to pick a date. Multiple formats are acceptable. For instance, you could write 'now', 'tomorrow at 6pm', '08/20/2016 12:00 PM', etc.

Click on the Advanced Options link at the bottom of the page to be given the option to skip a set number of recipients, set a max number of recipients, receive email confirmations, edit the admin email, and calculate the number of recipients will receive your Creative.

Follow up emails can be automatically sent out based upon behavioral actions your subscribers take within in email. Click on the Follow Up Campaign Setup link at the bottom of the page to see your options. You can select which Behavior(s) will trigger a particular Creative, and how many days after the action the Follow Up will be sent. You can add multiple Follow Ups by clicking Add New Follow Up Criteria.

The only standard Behaviors are Opens and Clicks. To learn how to set up custom Behaviors, click here.

MarketTraq Email will automatically customize each link for an email using GA's Source, Medium, Term, Campaign Name, and Content. These dimensions are used to link every email sent via MarketTraq to GA's database. GA data is then accessed natively through the Google API. The results are integrated into MarketTraq Email metrics, on the Report detail screen. (Click here to learn more about reports).
